to get to Lake George
Lake
George is accessible by train, bus, car or plane. Route 87 provides a
highway from the New York State Thruway Exit 24 at Albany to Lake George
and another highway through the Canadian border. Off Exit 21 take Route
9N North and approximately 1 mile on your left will be Scottish Inns (at
the bottom of the hill). If you are coming from south of Lake George,
take the exit, make a right and then make a left onto Route 9N. If you
are coming from north of Lake George, take exit 21, make a left and then
make a left onto Route 9N.
By
Car: Lake George is about 3 hours north of New York City. Take
the New York State Thruway to Albany, Exit 24 and Route 87 North. It is
three hours south of Montreal via the Northway and three hours northeast
of Utica by Thruway and Northway.
By
Bus: Trailways buses maintain excellent schedules to Lake George.
By
Air: You can fly in to Albany Airport, which is 50 miles south
of Lake George. Then simply take 87 North until exit 21 for Lake George.
Major car rentals are available at the airport.

property is located on Canada Street.
1. If you are coming from South of Lake George, once
you take exit 21 off of Route 87, make a Right at the stop sign.
2. You will quickly find yourself at a "T" intersection, at
which you should turn Left. Scottish Inns Lake George is located about
a mile down the road on the Left.

take exit 21 off of Route 87, make a Left at the stop sign.
